We are looking for experienced candidates for the following positions:

- package executive Executive
- Travel Operations Executive

Location- Kandivali West Short Summary-

Handle end-to-end processing of domestic and international luxury travel packages, including bookings, itineraries, confirmations, vouchers, and documentation. Coordinate with clients, hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, and internal teams to ensure smooth travel operations. Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues while ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Candidates with prior experience in international and domestic luxury packages processing and travel operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of travel procedures, documentation, and customer handling.

· Handle end-to-end processing of domestic and international travel packages, with a focus on luxury travel.

- Coordinate with clients, hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel partners.
- Manage travel bookings, itineraries, confirmations, vouchers, and other required documentation.




- Ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements as per client requirements and timelines.
- Handle customer queries, provide timely updates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless travel operations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, documents, payments, and travel-related information.
- Resolve operational issues and provide quick solutions during the travel process.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in international and domestic luxury package processing and travel operations is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of travel procedures, documentation, bookings, and customer handling.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Candidates with relevant travel industry experience will be given preference.
