2. Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented professionals to promote and sell holiday membership plans, vacation packages, and hotel accommodation services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining membership benefits, handling customer queries, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

- Key Responsibilities

- Explain holiday membership plans, benefits, pricing, and terms and conditions to prospective customers.
- Generate business through telecalling, walk-ins, referrals, events, and marketing leads.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
- Conduct sales presentations and convert prospects into members.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales within the assigned timelines.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the reservations team for bookings, confirmations, and customer support.




- Maintain professional communication and ensure transparent explanations of membership terms.
- Handle customer objections and resolve queries related to bookings and membership benefits.

4. Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, hospitality, travel, or holiday membership is preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to work toward targets.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
