About Trip Sunday

Trip Sunday is a Delhi-based travel agency specializing in customized domestic and destination travel packages. We are looking for a Sales Executive who can handle customer enquiries and convert leads into bookings, with a solid focus on Kerala tour packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for Kerala and other domestic tour packages.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and travel preferences.
- Prepare and share customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors for smooth trip planning.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Stay updated about Kerala destinations, hotels, sightseeing options, and travel trends.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after booking.

Requirements




- Previous experience in travel sales / tour packages is preferred.
- Experience handling Kerala tour packages will be an advantage.
- Candidates with sales experience in other domestic or international destinations are also welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication, follow-ups, and lead management.
- Target-oriented, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
