- GDS - Amadeus / Galileo

- Ticket Issuance, Reissue &

- Refund

- Travel Itinerary Preparation

- Hotel Reservations / Hotel Booking

- Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) Booking

- Holiday Packages &

- Visa Handling

- Airline Fares, Fare Rules &

- Fare Construction

- Reconciliation / Accounting Statements

- Knowledge of Geography &

- International Travel

- Excellent English - Written &

- Verbal Communication





- Client Relationship Management

- IATA / UFTAA / Advanced Fares &

- Ticketing certification preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle end-to-end corporate travel requirements

- Create travel itineraries and process air tickets

- Manage ticket reissues, cancellations and refunds

- Handle hotel and other travel reservations

- Provide accurate fare and travel information

- Manage corporate clients and resolve travel queries

- Maintain accuracy in reconciliation and documentation

Important: Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts. Male candidates are preferred as per the current requirement.
