Role Description The Travel Consultant role at Leeva Holidays is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. In this role, the consultant will interact with clients to understand their travel needs, suggest destinations and itineraries, and create tailored holiday packages. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, transfers, and tours, as well as handling reservations and booking confirmations.

The consultant will provide customer service before, during, and after travel,



addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in booking systems, coordinating with suppliers, and staying updated on travel regulations, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and design suitable itineraries.
- Ability to manage Travel Arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and local transport.
- Proficient in Customer Service to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Experience with Reservations systems and processes for accurate and timely bookings.
- Valuable communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional and courteous manner.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Comfort using computers, booking platforms, and office productivity tools.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or related field is preferred; relevant certification or diploma in travel and tourism is an advantage.
