Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Bengaluru.

The Travel

Consultant will interact with customers to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements, and then recommend suitable tour packages or customized itineraries. Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing travel arrangements, coordinating transportation and accommodations, and handling reservations and ticketing. The role involves providing clear information about destinations, packages, and travel policies, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues promptly.

The Travel

Consultant will also maintain accurate records of bookings,



follow up with customers before and after travel, and support the team in achieving sales and service targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Travel Consulting, including understanding customer needs and recommending suitable tour packages.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements, including planning itineraries, coordinating transport, and organizing accommodations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, including clear communication, empathy, and prompt issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Reservations, including booking tickets, managing confirmations, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and booking platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, handle multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training or certification is a plus.
