Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Gurgaon.

The Travel

Consultant will interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and schedules, and design customized itineraries that align with those requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, as well as processing reservations and bookings. The role involves providing transparent travel advice, destination information, and support before, during, and after trips to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.





The Travel

Consultant will also coordinate with suppliers, maintain accurate records of itineraries and bookings, and contribute to improving internal travel processes and service offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and oversee tailored itineraries.

- Candidates should possess skills in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations to efficiently book and manage end-to-end trips.

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support travelers, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain travel options and requirements.

- Attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines simultaneously.

- Proficiency with booking tools, travel platforms, and basic office software; familiarity with domestic and international destinations is an advantage.

- Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in travel, tourism, or hospitality is beneficial.

- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, collaborate with a small team, and adapt to evolving client needs and market trends.
