– IFM Transition Manager To lead and manage the end-to-end transition and mobilization of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts, ensuring a seamless takeover from the incumbent service provider or client, timely deployment of manpower and resources, operational readiness, statutory compliance, and achievement of contractual SLAs from the go-live date.

The role requires a technically qualified engineering qualified with strong project management, MEP knowledge, stakeholder coordination, and facilities operations expertise.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Transition Planning and Governance

- Lead the complete transition lifecycle, covering pre-transition, transition, go-live, and post-transition stabilization.
- Conduct transition kickoff meetings with clients, sales, operations, HR, procurement, finance, engineering, and incumbent service providers.
- Review the contract, Scope of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), manpower budgets, and commercial commitments.
- Prepare a detailed transition and mobilization plan with milestones, timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, and escalation mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain a transition tracker covering D-30 to D-1, go-live,



and post-go-live stabilization, as applicable to the contract timeline.
- Establish a RACI matrix, risk register, escalation matrix, and governance review mechanism.

Key Deliverables: The Transition Manager must ensure preparation and completion of the following deliverables:

1. Transition kickoff presentation and meeting minutes.
2. Sales-to-operations handover checklist.
3. Integrated transition and mobilization tracker.
4. Site survey and technical due diligence report.
5. Asset register and condition assessment report.
6. Manpower deployment and retention tracker.
7. Statutory compliance and licence tracker.
8. Vendor onboarding and procurement tracker.
9. Risk register and escalation matrix.
10. Service-wise SOPs, PPM plans, and operational readiness checklists.
11. Go-live readiness and sign-off checklist.
12. Post-go-live stabilization tracker and transition closure report.
