Sr.Associate Transactions Advisory (3–4 years)

Location: Gurgaon, India Experience: 3–4 years Reporting to: Manager

About the Role

Role requires 3-4 years’ experience in transaction advisory, due diligence, internal control assessment, and corporate finance. You will be part of the team managing large and mid-size engagements and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end execution of due diligence, valuation, M&A; advisory mandates, deal structuring, and IPO readiness.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, projections, and valuation models.
- Perform internal control assessment of the key processes of the client.
- Prepare reports, investor presentations, and pitch decks for clients.

Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA)



with 3-4 years of experience.
- Robust understanding of financial statements, accounting standards, corporate laws/regulations and corporate finance.
- Knowledge of M&A; transactions, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.
- Exposure to SME deals, PE/VC transactions, IPO-linked diligence, or REIT/InvIT is an added advantage
- Practical experience in internal control assessment, and corporate finance.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling
- Working knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
