Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Transaction Manager to lead end-to-end commercial leasing transactions for office spaces. The role involves managing lease negotiations, coordinating documentation, building robust client and landlord relationships, and ensuring successful deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end commercial office leasing transactions.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate lease opportunities with landlords and developers.
- Structure commercial deals and support financial modelling and ROI analysis.
- Coordinate lease documentation and agreement execution with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare client proposals and present suitable leasing options.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and legal teams.
- Conduct market research and feasibility analysis to support leasing decisions.




- Manage property portfolios and ensure timely transaction completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
