Role & Responsibilities Training Manager / Training Lead

Training Strategy & Planning

- Develop, implement, and enhance New Hire Training (NHT) and ongoing learning programs.
- Design training schedules, content, job aids, and e-learning modules.
- Manage LMS-based training deployment, tracking, and reporting.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

- Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions (virtual and classroom).
- Ensure training compliance with HIPAA, CMS, client, and organizational standards.
- Manage end-to-end NHT batches and ensure adherence to training milestones.

Performance Evaluation & Improvement

- Define assessment frameworks and evaluate training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Analyze trainee and operational performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and implement targeted learning interventions.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with Operations, Quality,



and ER teams to address process gaps through training.
- Incorporate operational feedback, quality insights, and best practices into learning programs.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 68 Process Trainers.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Design and facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to strengthen trainer capability.

Skills & Experience

- Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 2 years should have worked as Manager in RCM set up.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end RCM processes.
- Positive written and oral communication
- People management & leadership skills
- Analytical Skills

Position Requirements

- Should be open to traveling to other locations as per the business requirement.
- Flexible working in rotational shifts as required.
