Role Description The Training Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Pune . This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for internal teams, including recruiters and HR professionals,



to enhance performance and service quality.

What you will do

1. New Joiner Training for RMs and RMTs.
2. Build RM Capability (Sales, Customer Handling, Field Execution).
3. Build Sales Manager Capability through coaching, performance and business growth.
4. Product and Process Training
5. Refresher & Regional Training Initiatives

Who can Apply?

- 2+ years of hands on Training / L&D; experience
- Experience with Sales, Frontline or customer facing teams
- Strong communication & facilitation skills
- Coaching and mentoring mindset
- BFSI / NBFC / Fintech / Lending / Gold Loan Experience preferred
- Comfortable with Regional Travel
