Role Purpose To make sure everyone who speaks to a student or parent knows exactly what they can and cannot say by turning our communication rulebooks into training, delivering it before people go live and whenever the rules change, and showing that it worked.

About the Role

Our Quality Managers write the rulebook for what can be said about programs, fees, loans and careers across our three products. Audit checks whether it was followed. This role sits in between: you make sure the calling teams learn the rules properly in the first place, and re-learn them when audit findings show something hasn't stuck.

You'll own training across all three products, taking input from each product's Quality Manager, and lead the trainer on the team.

What You'll Own

- Training content. Turn each product's rulebook into material a caller can actually use — scenarios, examples, and what to say instead. Update it within two working days of any rule change, and cover every call and session type that has a published rulebook.
- Recent joiner training. Train and clear every new calling-team member before they speak to a customer.
- Refreshers. Turn audit findings into targeted refreshers within five working days of a Quality Manager raising them, and keep every caller trained on the current rulebook.
- Assessments. Design assessments that test whether someone can apply a rule on a call, not just recall it.
- Impact. Track whether the same breaches keep recurring after training,



and change the training when they do.
- Consistency. Keep formats and severity definitions the same across all three products, and run a training calendar that holds.
- Team. Coach and develop the trainer.

Must Have

- 4+ years in training for sales, calling or customer-facing teams, with at least 1 year leading trainers or owning the training function
- Has built training from a policy, product or process document — not only delivered someone else's
- Has designed assessments or certification that decide who goes live
- A confident facilitator in English who can hold a room of salespeople
- Measures training by what changes on the floor, not by attendance

Good to Have

- Sales compliance or mis-selling training in edtech, lending or insurance
- Can train in one or more of Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam or Kannada
- Has trained off a quality or audit team's findings
- Experience with an LMS, or with role-play and call-simulation based training

Why This Role Training is where compliance either sticks or doesn't. The rulebooks are being written now, and you'll decide how three products' worth of calling teams learn them — the formats, the assessments, and how audit findings turn into training. It's cross-product from day one, and it's being set up rather than handed over.
