Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Trainer to train, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing product knowledge, improving customer handling skills, strengthening sales techniques, and ensuring adherence to dealership sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular training sessions for sales executives, team leaders, and other sales personnel.

- Train the sales team on vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and competitor comparisons.

- Develop and implement effective sales training programs to improve team performance.

- Enhance customer handling, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

- Train employees on lead management, follow-ups, test drives, and conversion techniques.

- Educate the sales team on CRM usage, customer relationship management, and sales processes.

- Conduct induction and onboarding training for newly joined sales employees.





- Monitor sales team performance and identify training needs and skill gaps.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong knowledge of automobile sales processes and dealership operations.

- Good customer handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales teams.

- Solid leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.

Experience & Eligibility

- 5-8 years of experience in automobile sales, sales training, or dealership operations preferred.

- Experience working with automobile dealerships is highly desirable.

- Candidates with a proven track record in sales team training and development will be preferred.

- Ability to conduct classroom, field, and on-the-job training sessions.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
