Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Trainer to identify training needs, develop training content, deliver learning programs, and enhance employee performance in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for Head Office Sales and other departments.

- Develop and implement training calendars aligned with business goals.

- Create, review, and update training content and manuals.

- Evaluate training effectiveness, analyse feedback, and prepare reports.

- Collaborate with HR, Business Teams, Regional and Central L&D; teams.

- Maintain training records, feedback, and MIS.

- Coordinate with internal trainers and external training vendors.

- Coach and mentor employees to improve role readiness, performance, and career development.





Mandatory Requirements

- Graduate degree from a recognized university or institution.

- MBA or Masters degree completed or pursuing.

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
