Qualification & Experience Required
- B.Sc. in Nursing (candidates who passed out in 2019 or earlier are eligible).
- Minimum 7 years of experience, including 5 years in the relevant sector and 2 years in training.
- Strong teaching, communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular classes for the allotted training batch as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Monitor daily attendance and identify, track, and prevent candidate dropouts.
- Prepare and submit daily reports as instructed by the Centre Management.
- Motivate and guide candidates to actively participate in placement activities.
- Ensure effective delivery of training modules and maintain positive candidate feedback.
- Support candidates in improving their knowledge, practical skills, and overall employability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
