Role & responsibilities
- Execute daily production as per plan by effectively utilising available manpower and equipment, minimising waste, and ensuring process parameters and quality standards are met as per SOPs.
- Monitor process deviations, anticipate breakdowns, take preventive actions, and analyse past data to prevent recurrence of failures and bottlenecks.
- Ensure shop-floor upkeep, adherence to PPE, SOPs, permit systems, and all applicable safety requirements.
- Maintain required production records and actively participate in 5S, TPM, EHS, and other operational improvement initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Job Location : Manapprai
- Education : Any Degree
- 1 year training @ Ranipet/Chennai. Food & Accommodation free for 1 year
- Salary : 18K (inhand salary)
- Uniform ,Shoes will be provided
