for Trainee Production Engineer

Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Fabrication Industry

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day production and fabrication activities.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Follow up on cutting, drilling, welding, grinding, and assembly activities.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Design, and Stores departments.
- Maintain daily production reports and job progress records.
- Support production planning, material utilization, and productivity improvement.

Required Skills:




- Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and engineering drawings.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and problem-solving mindset.
