MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS -

- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
- Exposure to trade execution, market making, proprietary trading, or systematic/discretionary strategies would be an advantage.
- Monitor trades, positions, orders, and market activity across relevant trading strategies.

JOB ROLES &

RESPONSIBILITIES -

- Track market movements and identify opportunities, risks, and anomalies.
- Work closely with senior traders and the broader trading team to ensure smooth execution and monitoring of trades.
- Support trade execution and order management as responsibilities evolve.
- Analyse trading data and market trends to identify potential trading opportunities.
- Assist in developing, testing, and refining trading strategies over time.
- Monitor risk, positions, P&L;, and adherence to trading limits.




- Maintain strong discipline around trade processes, controls, and risk management.
- Collaborate with technology, risk, operations, and other stakeholders to improve trading workflows.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- 2–6 years of experience in trading, trade monitoring, execution, or a closely related role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
- Good analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret market data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced setting.
- Exposure to trade execution, market making, proprietary trading, or systematic/discretionary strategies would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
