Tracking Executive

Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Track and monitor vehicle movement and delivery status.

- Coordinate with Depot Supervisors for regular vehicle updates.

- Follow up on delays, route issues, and delivery-related concerns.

- Maintain accurate tracking records and operational data.

- Prepare daily tracking reports and MIS.

- Communicate timely updates to the concerned internal teams.

- Escalate delays, breakdowns, or operational issues to the concerned person.

- Ensure smooth coordination for timely deliveries.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Comfortable working in a night shift.

- Valuable follow-up and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle multiple vehicle updates simultaneously.

- Logistics/vehicle tracking experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
