Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 4 to 8 years of core experience in Industrial Engineering and TQM implementation within a manufacturing setup.

Certification: Certified Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or formal training in TPM/Deming/EFQM models is highly preferred.
