Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage medical claims processing, ensuring timely settlement of claims within budgeted amounts.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurers, and patients to resolve claim-related issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the TPA's operations.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role or related field (TPA).
- Solid knowledge of medical insurance policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
