Responsibilities

· Study and gain comprehensive knowledge of various travel products and holiday packages.

· Organize, plan, and prepare customized holiday tour packages.

· Promote travel products through tele calling, email marketing, and other media platforms.

· Handle customer bookings, invoicing, and ticket issuance.

· Maintain a database of prospective clients and manage regular follow-ups.

· Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
