- Work on international voice process projects.
Desired Candidate Profile Grad/UG with minimum 1 year BPO experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in customer support/retention processes.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech/BE Computers).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
