Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for students.

- Provide individualized attention and mentorship to help students achieve their goals.

- Create engaging lesson plans and study materials to enhance student learning.

- Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback.

- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to develop curriculum and instructional strategies.

- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to improve training programs.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in training and mentoring, preferably in a related field.

- Strong knowledge of Tnpsc concepts and principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students and staff.

- Solid organizational and time management skills.

- Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Experience

- TNPSC / Competitive Exams Trainer: 1 year (Preferred)
