Job Summary:

Responsible for handling domestic and international flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and customer queries using GDS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle flight bookings and ticketing through GDS.
- Manage cancellations, refunds, reissuances, and booking modifications.
- Provide fare quotations, flight schedules, and travel information.
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams.
- Ensure ticketing accuracy and compliance with airline policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel operations.
- Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of airline fare rules, refunds,



and reissuance procedures.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
