Role Description The Wedding Intern is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pune City, with a mix of in office event work and remote tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with wedding planning timelines, vendor coordination, and venue research, as well as supporting logistics such as guest communication, checklists, and schedules.

The intern will help prepare mood boards, proposals, and event briefs, contribute to décor and styling ideas, and assist with on-ground setup and teardown during events. Additional tasks may include maintaining event documentation, updating spreadsheets and project management tools,



and supporting social media content related to ongoing and past events. The role involves close collaboration with the planning team, proactive communication with partners, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette and client-facing interaction.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, décor, and event styling.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (spreadsheets, presentations, shared drives, and project management or collaboration platforms).
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pune City, with flexibility for on-site work, evenings, and weekends when events are scheduled.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm and composed in fast-paced event environments.
- Interest in weddings, events, hospitality, or luxury services; prior internship or volunteer experience in events is a plus.
- Relevant academic background in event management, hospitality, communications, design, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
