We are looking for an experienced Test Manager Finacle Liabilities to lead large-scale banking transformation and testing engagements.

Key Requirements:

- 12+ years of overall testing experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Finacle experience (Finacle 10.x preferred)
- Strong expertise in Finacle Liabilities Testing
- Hands-on experience in CASA, Term Deposits, Recurring Deposits &
- Flexi/Sweep Products

- Strong knowledge of Interest &
- Charges, TDS, EOD/BOD &
- GL validation
- Experience with SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration &
- E2E Testing
- Robust experience in NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / UPI &
- API testing
- Experience managing large QA teams of 20+ resources
- Strong expertise in Test Strategy, Planning, Governance, Defect &
- Risk Management
- Hands-on experience with Testsigma, JIRA, SQL &
- Oracle
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skillsRole & responsibilities
