- Good understanding in STLC and SDLC
- Good understanding in any one defect management tool JIRA, BugZilla Etc.
- Able to Lead manual Team 6+ testers,
- General Insurance experience- Health Insurance experience is mandatory.
- Good in communication with client on a daily basis on overall testing update and highlight challenges.
- Expert in creating Daily status reports,
Preferred candidate profile Must have relevance in Health Insurance.
Must have managed team.
Valuable to have knowledge in Automation.
Good at communication skills
Expertise in Stakeholder management.
