:

- Coordinate and own SIT Execution, monitoring, and reporting for SAP implementation, rollout projects.
- Support test plans, schedules, entry/exit criteria, test scenarios in JIRA and overall testing governance.
- Monitor test execution progress, test coverage, defects, retesting in JIRA and overall readiness against agreed timelines.
- Coordinate and liaison between Test Management team, SAP Functional, Development, Integration, and Peripheral teams to ensure effective end-to-end testing across IN, JP and CN region.
- Establish and drive defect management and triage, ensuring timely resolution, retesting, escalation, and closure of critical/high-priority defects.
- Schedule regular test progress reviews, defect triage, and stakeholder meetings, providing clear visibility of risks, issues, dependencies,



and progress.
- Prepare and distribute test status, defect, progress, and readiness reports/dashboards to project and business stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion, review, and sign-off of all test documentation, test evidence, and testing deliverables in line with governance standards.
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools mainly JIRA, Zephyr Scale and eazyBI reports and solid expertise in Excel (good to have) for test/defect tracking, data analysis as required and develop customized reports, dashboards and management insights.
