Role: Test Automation Architect

Location: Pune/Hyderabad/Bangalore

Must have skills which are non-negotiable

- Strong experience in QA Automation Architecture.
- API and Microservices testing using Rest Assured and Postman.
- Automation framework design and implementation.
- CI/CD knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo, Bitbucket.
- BDD/TDD implementation using Cucumber, Serenity, and Playwright-BDD.
- Ability to design, automate, execute, and maintain automated test suites.
- Define AI strategy, architecture, and implementation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Design and architect AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using up-to-date frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the development of AI-powered applications, intelligent automation platforms, and conversational AI solutions.
- Architect solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering techniques.
- Establish AI governance, security, scalability, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Define enterprise-level or large program-level test automation strategy.
- Design and implement automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured API, Playwright.
- Review existing automation models/frameworks and recommend improvements.
- Define automation execution models for projects and programs.




- Lead preparation of automation solutions, test strategies, test plans, and execution approaches for large-scale enterprises.
- Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, and Shift-Left testing practices.
- Lead automation implementation and governance across programs.

Mandatory Skills
- 12+ years of IT experience.
- Strong experience in QA Automation Architecture.
- API and Microservices testing using Rest Assured and Postman.
- Automation framework design and implementation.
- CI/CD knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo, Bitbucket.
- BDD/TDD implementation using Cucumber, Serenity, and Playwright-BDD.
- Ability to design, automate, execute, and maintain automated test suites.
