The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, marketing, or field-related industries, along with the ability to manage field marketing executives, develop business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory.

Manage and coordinate field marketing executives.

Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.





Monitor field team performance and support business development activities.

Requirements

Mandatory experience in Sales, Marketing, or a field-related industry.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

Ability to work independently and manage a team.

Robust business development and relationship management skills.
