Territory Sales In-charge (Retail Sales)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: Up to 40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned retail outlets regularly as per the planned route/beat plan.
- Generate current orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets in the assigned territory.
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Check stock availability and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Follow up and collect pending/outstanding payments from retailers as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key outlet owners.
- Maintain a good working relationship with the distributor and coordinate for stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Communicate ongoing schemes, offers, and promotions to retailers.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.
- Submit daily market visit, order,



collection, and outlet coverage reports.
- Ensure effective coverage of assigned outlets and adherence to the planned route.

Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in retail/field sales, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or similar industries.
- Candidates with experience handling retail outlets, distributors, order booking, collections, and merchandising will be preferred.
- UG/Any Graduate candidates can be considered.
- Male/Female candidates are welcome.
- Should be comfortable with regular field visits.
