Role Description The Tendering Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for parking infrastructure projects. This role involves identifying relevant tenders, analyzing tender documents, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

The Tendering

Manager will collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and project teams to align bids with client requirements, company capabilities, and pricing strategies.



Daily activities include maintaining tender trackers, liaising with clients and vendors, reviewing contract terms, and supporting negotiations to secure profitable and compliant projects. The role also includes monitoring market trends, maintaining documentation, and contributing to process improvements in tender management.

Qualifications

- Strong tender management skills, including tender identification, evaluation, and bid coordination.
- Experience in tender preparation, with the ability to develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor coordination, and cost estimation for infrastructure or engineering projects.
- Sales and client relationship skills to support bid presentations, negotiations, and conversion of opportunities.
- Project management capabilities to coordinate cross-functional inputs, track timelines, and ensure post-award handover.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field; experience in infrastructure, construction, or parking systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tendering portals, with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on-site in Noida.
