Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for managing the end-to-end tender and bidding process for public and private sector opportunities. This role involves identifying relevant tenders, analyzing tender documents and requirements, coordinating internal inputs, and preparing compliant and competitive technical and commercial proposals.

The Tendering

Specialist will collaborate closely with sales, finance, operations, and technical teams to ensure accurate costing, risk assessment,



and timely submission of bids. Day-to-day work includes maintaining tender trackers, managing documentation, liaising with clients and authorities for clarifications, and supporting post-bid negotiations or contract finalization. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, maintaining market intelligence on competitors and industry trends, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Tender Management and Procurement skills, with experience handling government and corporate bids.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret tender requirements, evaluate risks, and prepare accurate cost and pricing structures.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Proposal Writing skills to craft clear, persuasive, and compliant tender documents.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and documentation skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Relevant experience in tendering, contracts, or bid management, preferably in technology, infrastructure, aerospace, or related sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, commerce, management, or a related field; advanced qualifications in supply chain, contracts, or procurement are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with e-tendering portals and online bidding platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrate integrity
