Position: Tender Manager

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 8years minimum

Salary Budget: ₹80,000–₹90,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 2nd and 4th Saturdays off

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager with strong GeM tender bidding experience and a proven background in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tender and bid management lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and timely submission of government and enterprise IT tenders. Key: Candidates must have IT-domain tendering experience. Candidates from non-IT industries will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete tender and bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to final submission.

- Identify, review and analyze tender documents, RFPs, RFIs and RFQs.
- Handle GeM, MahaTender, CPP and other government tender portals.
- Prepare technical bids, commercial bids, proposals and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Finance, Legal, technical teams and OEMs.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, eligibility criteria and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for authorization letters, technical documents and commercial quotations.
- Manage pricing, bid planning, tender schedules and submission tracking.




- Maintain tender records, documentation and bid performance reports.
- Identify tender risks and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills and Experience

* 10 years of minimum relevant experience in tender/bid management.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with GeM bidding.
- Mandatory experience in the IT industry, such as IT system integration, cybersecurity, networking, software or IT infrastructure solutions.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement and tender processes.
- Experience preparing technical and commercial bids.
- Knowledge of OEM coordination, tender compliance and bid documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tender portals.

Mandatory Selection Criteria

1. IT-domain experience is compulsory.
2. GeM tender bidding experience is compulsory.
3. Candidates should have relevant senior-level tender management experience.
4. Candidates from non-IT sectors will not be considered.

Preferred Candidate Background

Candidates from IT system integrators, cybersecurity companies, IT infrastructure solution providers, software companies, networking companies and technology resellers. Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
