Shree Ram Enterprises, a leading provider of skilled housekeeping and facility management services, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Executive / Tender Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of the tendering process, from searching for relevant government and private portals to the successful submission and tracking of bids.Key Responsibilities

- Tender Sourcing: Regularly monitor government portals (eProcurement, GeM, CPP Portal) and private sector websites for relevant housekeeping and facility management tenders.

- Documentation & Preparation: Read and understand Tender/RFP documents thoroughly. Prepare technical and financial bids, ensuring all compliance criteria, certificates, and eligibility requirements are met.

- GeM Portal Management: Handle registration,



product/service uploading, direct purchasing, and bidding on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

- Coordination: Liaise with internal operations and finance teams to gather cost estimations, documentation, and technical details.

- Submission: Ensure error-free, timely online and offline submission of bids, including managing EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and tender fees.

- Post-Bid Tracking: Follow up on submitted tenders, attend pre-bid meetings, track opening dates, and manage contract and it's renewals

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
