Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to identify, evaluate, and manage tender opportunities from government departments, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and other relevant organizations. The candidate will be responsible for tender sourcing, institutional relationship management, market analysis,
tender documentation, post-tender follow-ups, and payment reconciliation to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. INDENTIFICATION OF TENDERS FROM INSTITUTIONS, GOVT, HOSPITALS IN HEALTH SECTOR
2. MOBILISATION OF TENDERS FROM KEY PERSONS
3. MARKET ANALYSIS
4. POST TENDER ACTIVITIES
5. PAYMENT AND RECONCILIATION
6. SOLID COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW UP ABILITIES
