Role & responsibilities

Electrophoto Equipments Pvt. Ltd. (EPE), a 45-year-old IT system integrator, is hiring a Tender & Bidding Executive for its IT SI division in Chandigarh.

- Identify and track relevant bids on GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement and institutional portals
- Prepare complete technical and commercial bids for IT Enterprise, Client, Security, power and AV solutions
- Prepare compliance / deviation sheets, BOQs and price bids in coordination with sales and presales
- Manage EMD / PBG, DSC, pre-bid queries, corrigenda and the bid calendar to ensure no deadline is missed
- Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for MAF / authorisation letters, datasheets and pricing
- Maintain GeM seller profile and product catalogue; manage GeM direct purchase, L1 and bid / RA participation
- Track bid results, order acceptance, delivery documentation and payment status
- Maintain company document repository (registrations,



certificates, turnover, past orders)

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Tech / BCA preferred)
- 38 years of hands-on experience in GeM and e-tendering, preferably with an IT hardware / system integrator company
- Strong understanding of tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and GeM rules
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PDF tools; solid documentation and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
