Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Billing, Planning and Tendering team in construction projects. The intern will gain practical exposure to construction billing, project planning, tender documentation, quantity estimation and coordination with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Billing

- Assist in preparing client bills, RA bills (Running Account Bills) and subcontractor bills.
- Support quantity calculations and measurement sheet preparation.
- Assist in verifying BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and billing documents.
- Maintain billing records, supporting documents and project-wise data.
- Coordinate with site engineers for measurements and work progress details.

2. Planning

- Assist in preparing project schedules and progress reports.
- Update daily, weekly and monthly work progress data.
- Support the preparation of work schedules using MS Excel and MS Project, wherever applicable.
- Track planned versus actual progress and highlight delays to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with site teams to collect project updates.

3. Tendering

- Assist in preparing tender documents and submission files.




- Support the preparation of BOQs, quantity take-offs and basic cost estimates.
- Collect and organize technical and commercial documents required for tender submissions.
- Assist in reviewing tender requirements, eligibility criteria and submission deadlines.
- Maintain tender records and track submitted tenders.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of civil engineering and construction processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and BOQs is preferred.
- Good numerical, analytical and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers and final-year students may apply, subject to internship eligibility.
