Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Admin & MIS Executive with robust Excel skills and experience in tender documentation, MIS reporting, data management, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Management

- Search and identify relevant tenders on government and private tender portals.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Handle GeM and other e-tendering portals.
- Prepare quotations, technical documents, commercial bids, and required paperwork.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Technical departments for tender requirements.
- Track tender deadlines, EMD, tender fees, bid status, and results.
- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders and related documentation.

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain data records, trackers, and reports using MS Excel.
- Use Excel formulas,



Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
- Prepare reports related to tenders, sales, and other business activities as required.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting sheets for management review.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Tender Administration and MIS reporting.
- Robust MS Excel knowledge is a must.
- Good knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data management.
- Experience with GeM and e-tendering portals is preferred.
- Good documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
