Location: Madurai / Chennai
Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and generate business leads.
- Communicate fluently in Telugu and handle customer inquiries.
- Explain the company's gold-buying services and encourage customers to visit the branch.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into business.
- Maintain daily call records and submit follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with branch sales teams to achieve business targets.
Requirements:
- Telugu fluency is mandatory.
- Tamil and basic English are preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills are required.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
