Job Title: Procurement, Tender & Accounts Executive

Work Schedule: Full-time, six days a week, Monday to Saturday, entirely from the office

Interview Mode: In person at our Gurugram office

Dataviv Technologies is looking for an organised and detail-oriented professional to handle office sourcing, tender coordination, accounts support and administrative work. A Computer Science educational background is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing and procurement: Identify vendors, obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, prepare purchase orders and coordinate deliveries of office supplies, IT equipment and services. Maintain vendor records and follow up on pending orders.
- Tender coordination: Identify relevant government and private tenders, review eligibility requirements, compile documents, fill application forms and coordinate timely submissions. Track deadlines, clarifications and tender status.
- Accounts and office support: Prepare invoices, record purchases and expenses,



follow up on payments and maintain supporting documents. Coordinate with the accountant on reconciliations and GST documentation, while supporting routine office administration.

Qualifications and Skills

- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, such as B.Sc. Computer Science, BCA or B.Tech./B.E. Computer Science, is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, online portals and digital documentation. Familiarity with accounting software, GeM, e-procurement portals and AI tools for office tasks is preferred.
- Solid attention to detail, communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage confidential information and meet deadlines. Relevant experience in procurement, tenders or accounts support is preferred.

Application Requirement Candidates must be available to work all six days from our Gurugram office and attend the interview in person at the same office.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
