Outbound Calling: Make regular outbound calls to prospective clients, B2B leads, vendors, and distributors to pitch our import-export offerings.

Inquiry Management: Handle incoming phone calls, website queries, and WhatsApp/email inquiries promptly and professionally.

Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Qualify leads, maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients, and convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Client Database Management: Maintain accurate daily logs of all calls, customer feedback, and lead statuses in CRM software or MS Excel.

Coordination: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on targets and pass on hot leads for closure.

Relationship Building: Address customer queries, resolve basic complaints, and build long-term qualified relationships with clients.
