About the Role

We are a real estate marketing and advisory team working across the Delhi NCR, Gurugram and Dubai property markets. Every day we receive enquiries from home buyers and investors through our websites, social media pages and ad campaigns for residential and commercial projects by leading developers.

We are hiring a Real Estate Telecaller who can speak to these buyers, understand what they are looking for and book site visits for our sales team. If you are confident on the phone, enjoy talking to people and want to build a career in real estate sales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Call recent leads from websites, Facebook, Instagram and Google ads within minutes of the enquiry
- Understand each buyer's budget, preferred location, configuration and buying timeline
- Share clear project details such as location, sizes, price range, amenities and payment plans
- Fix site visits and virtual meetings for interested buyers and confirm them a day before
- Follow up regularly with warm leads on call and WhatsApp until they reach a decision
- Send brochures, floor plans and project videos to buyers on WhatsApp and email
- Update every call, status and follow up date in the CRM or lead sheet the same day
- Reconnect with old and inactive leads to bring them back for new launches
- Pass hot leads to the sales team with complete notes on the buyer's needs
- Meet daily targets for calls,

Requirements

- 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or customer support (real estate experience is preferred)
- Clear and polite communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable making 100 or more calls a day
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to handle objections calmly and keep the buyer engaged
- Good listening skills and attention to detail while noting buyer requirements
- Knowledge of Gurugram, Delhi or Dubai property locations is a plus
- Minimum qualification of 12th pass; graduates preferred
