Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

About the Role

Impressional Foto is looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up with potential customers, and assist with sales-related communication for our camera and photography equipment business.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through the website, social media, advertisements, and other sources.
- Explain products, offers, pricing, availability, and basic product information to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable camera, lens, and photography products.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer requirements.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and orders.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements
- Positive communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Confident and polite personality.




- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and social media.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, customer support, or e-commerce experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

- Ability to handle customer objections.
- Quick learner with willingness to learn about cameras and photography products.
- Ability to work with sales targets.

Salary ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, and performance.

Working Hours

Full-Time | 6 Days a Week

Working hours will be discussed during the interview.
