Berkley Hyundai is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Panchkula.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, following up on new-car inquiries, generating sales leads, scheduling test drives, and building strong customer relationships. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with people, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on new-car inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads for new Hyundai car sales and test drives.
- Schedule showroom visits and coordinate appointments with the Sales Team.
- Follow up on digital leads, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer details, call records, and follow-up status in the CRM or DMS.
- Reconnect with interested customers and encourage them to take the next step in their purchase journey.
- Follow up with existing customers for referrals and promotional activities.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation objectives.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.

Candidate Requirements




- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and Punjabi; basic English communication skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and managing customer follow-ups.
- Positive attitude, persuasive communication, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in telecalling, lead generation, automobile sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
