We are looking for enthusiastic and confident TeleSales Executives to handle incoming customer calls, explain company services, and convert interested customers.
Responsibilities
- Attend incoming customer calls.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer records and call details.
- Achieve monthly conversion targets.
- Build and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Salary & Benefits
