Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to handle IndiaMART and other B2B portal enquiries, follow up with customers, prepare quotations and convert leads into orders. The Sales Executive will work under the Sales Manager and help grow the company's business across India. The company operates manufacturing plants in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

Handle IndiaMART and other B2B portal enquiries and respond to them promptly.

Make daily calls to new and existing customers, and follow up on every lead.

Understand customer requirements and explain company products to them.

Prepare and send quotations, and follow up until the order is closed.

Negotiate with customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.

Achieve the monthly sales and lead conversion targets given by the Sales Manager. Identify and develop new B2B customers, dealers and distributors.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and secure repeat business.

Coordinate with the Ghaziabad and Ahmedabad plants for order execution and delivery.

Update calls, meetings, quotations,



follow-ups and order status daily in the CRM / Excel / Google Sheets. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for the Sales Manager.

Attend sales review meetings and training sessions, and apply the guidance given. Gather market and competitor information and share it with the Sales Manager.

Visit customers or sites when required, with the Sales Manager's approval. Required Skills 1–3 years of experience in B2B / Industrial Sales Experience in IndiaMART Trade India/ B2B portal lead handling is preferred.

Positive communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM.

Ability to prepare quotations and follow up consistently.

Target-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven approach.

Team player willing to learn and take guidance.

Experience in racking, storage systems, manufacturing or industrial products will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
