Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to current and existing customers to promote the company’s food chemical products.
- Understand customer requirements by asking about the required product, quantity, quality specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Generate new sales leads and identify potential B2B customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.




- Maintain customer information, call records, sales enquiries, and follow-up details in Excel.
- Send product details, quotations, and other business-related information through email.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Good Hindi and English typing skills.
- Basic knowledge of email writing, sending, and replying to business enquiries.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good customer handling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of telecalling, telesales, or B2B sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
